Our extensive range of check valves is designed to prevent backflow, protect pumps and equipment, and ensure smooth, efficient fluid flow in industrial systems.
Check valves are essential components in any piping system where fluid must flow in only one direction. They automatically prevent reverse flow, eliminating the need for manual operation and increasing system safety and longevity.
With our expertise in industrial piping solutions, we help businesses across Gujarat and India meet their fluid handling needs with dependable products that stand the test of time.
What Are Check Valves?
A check valve, commonly referred to as a non-return valve, is a type of valve that allows fluid to flow in only one direction and automatically closes to prevent backflow when the flow reverses.
Unlike other valves that require manual or actuator operation, check valves function automatically, using system pressure and differential forces to open or close the internal disc, swing arm, ball, or diaphragm.
By preventing reverse flow, check valves protect pumps, compressors, pipelines and other equipment from damage while optimizing system efficiency.
Material & Construction
Industrial check valves are available in a variety of material grades to suit fluid type, pressure, and temperature conditions:
| Material | Typical Use |
|---|---|
| Stainless Steel (SS304/316) | Corrosion resistance, chemical fluid handling |
| Carbon Steel | High strength industrial systems |
| Cast Iron / Ductile Iron | Water systems, general durability |
| Bronze / Brass | HVAC, low-pressure systems |
| High Alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy) | Highly corrosive environments |
