Ball Valve

Industrial Ball Valves – Premium Quality Flow Control Solutions
G K India Ventures, headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, is a trusted supplier of industrial ball valves designed to provide reliable, efficient and long-lasting flow control solutions across multiple sectors. Our extensive range includes high-performance ball valves manufactured to meet stringent quality standards and engineered for demanding industrial applications.
Ball valves are one of the most versatile and widely used valves in process industries due to their robust design, excellent sealing performance, minimal maintenance requirement, and ability to handle a wide range of fluids, pressures, and temperatures. With our deep industry expertise, we help customers select the right ball valve solution that precisely fits their application needs.
What Are Ball Valves?
A ball valve is a quarter-turn valve that uses a rotating spherical ball to control flow. The ball contains a hole (bore) through which fluid passes when the valve is open. When rotated 90°, the bore turns perpendicular to the flow, isolating fluid flow completely.
Ball valves are preferred in industrial applications where positive shut-off and low leakage are critical. They are designed for durability and ease of operation, making them suitable for oil & gas, chemical, water, HVAC, power, and general manufacturing environments.
Material Grades & Construction
We supply ball valves in a variety of materials depending on fluid type, pressure class, and environmental conditions:
| Material | Typical Use |
|---|---|
| Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316) | Corrosion-resistance, chemical industries |
| Carbon Steel | General industrial use, high strength |
| Forged Steel | High pressure/temperature |
| Brass / Bronze | Non-industrial water, HVAC applications |
| High Alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy) | Highly corrosive environments |
Pressure Classes & Standards
Our ball valves are designed and supplied in compliance with global standards:
- ANSI / ASME
- API (American Petroleum Institute)
- DIN / ISO
- BS EN (British Standards)
